Welcome back to the Vanguard Student Pet Highlight! Meet our furry friends for this week!

Pet Name: Goose

Student: Bea Buchanan, Sophomore

Goose is currently 1 year old, and Bea found her in an old warehouse when she was just a kitten. Her favorite things are cuddling (when it’s convenient to her), messing with her dog siblings, and running around like a wild goose. She is the best friend Bea could ever ask for!

Pet Name: Professor

Student: Madison Williams, Senior

Professor is only 1 year old and was adopted from the animal shelter. He is super energetic (and can be a bit dumb), and his favorite hobby is to run outside in the rain!

Pet Name: Gumbo

Student: Julia Smith, Sophomore

Meet Gumbo! His favorite activity is going to Starbucks to get a pup cup, and he loves to make new friends, furry and non-furry alike. He also recently got a new cat sister who he is obsessed with.
